Harlan G. Simon
Harlan G. Simon is a criminal defense attorney with an outstanding record in the course of over 80 trials. He is a former Deputy Public Defender from the nation's largest public defender office - Los Angeles County. Harlan first got started in the law because he is a people person and saw law as a way to fix big problems for people.
"My passion is to work creatively with the law to make it work for people. I love challenging cases and obtaining great results."
Harlan is proud of his many successes at trial over the years and began his winning track record with a win in his very first trial. In that case, he was a misdemeanor lawyer representing a client in a sex solicitation case. He won with a full acquittal. According to Harlan, another deputy public defender in his office later wrote a training guide based on his trial strategy, which they called the "nymphomaniac defense." Needless to say, Harlan and the client were both very pleased with the result.
